Where is the conference venue?
Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Center Level 22, 999/99 Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan, Bangkok 10330, Thailand
The Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Center is located on the 22nd floor of the CentralWorld shopping complex in the heart of Sukhumvit, Bangkok.
How do I get to the conference venue?
There are numerous options to get around the city. The most convenient option are taxis and trains. For booking taxis through your smartphone, check out Grab or GoBike.
If you prefer to take the train, ride the Sukhumvit line and get off Siam station which is 700m away from Centara Grand. From there, you're footsteps away from the conference venue. To avoid being caught in lines, it is advisable to purchase a Rabbit Travel Card.
What else can I do while in Bangkok?
Visit the Tourism Authority of Thailand to learn about the sights, shops, restaurants, and Thai culture you can discover while you are in the city. There is so much to explore in this inspiring, chaotic city that combines old-world charm with modern convenience.
Do you have any hotel recommendation?
The Centara Grand Convention Center is both the AW Asia conference venue and a hotel. At 55 storeys, the hotel offers spectacular city views from its guestrooms and restaurants, and provides a satisfying blend of city living with resort-style facilities. What do I do in case of emergencies?
Approach one of the Affiliate World uniformed staff members or head to the information desk marked in the conference venue.
For general medical assistance, approach one of the Affiliate World uniformed staff members or head to the information desk marked in the Centara Grand Convention Centre. In case of a medical emergency, dial 1669.
In case of fire, leave the building immediately by walking to the nearest safe exit. Leave all belongings and do not use the elevators. Do not return to the building until authorities indicate that it is safe to do so. To report a fire, dial 199.
To connect with an English-speaking operator, call the Tourist Police through their 24-hour hotline by dialing 1155. For general emergency calls, dial 191.
Will there be ways to check in early to avoid lines?
Yes, pre-registering through the official AW app is an essential requirement before arriving. This will speed up the entire registration process and allow attendees to spend more time within the exhibition floor.

How can I purchase a ticket?

Which ticket type is for me?
• Affiliate
This ticket admits one and is the general admission ticket that is best suited for solo marketers. It gives you access to all key parts of the conference like the marketplace, speeches, panels, and networking sessions on days one and two of the conference.
• Company
This ticket admits one and is the general admission ticket that is especially for affiliate managers or representatives of an affiliate network, advertiser, traffic source, or agency. This ticket type gives you similar access as an Affiliate ticket but you'll be identified as a company, your company name, logo & description will be added on the Featured Companies page, and your logo will be printed directly on your badge.
Can I upgrade my ticket?
Yes, you can upgrade your AW Asia ticket to the 2025 tickets bundle to get access to all AW events of 2025. Email us to inquire.
Do you have one-day passes?
All of our tickets are packaged for a two-day conference, we do not offer one-day tickets.
Do you sell tickets for only the marketplace?
Our tickets include access to all aspects of Affiliate World, we do not sell marketplace-only tickets.
ATTENDING EVENTS
How do I register for the event?
You will need to collect your badge to be admitted to all Affiliate World events. The registration area will be open from 3 December at the conference venue. The location will be clearly marked, just follow the signs. Timings will be announced in the schedule on our website and on the official app closer to the conference date. Bring an electronic copy of your ticket or a valid photo ID. Business cards and credit cards won’t be accepted for security reasons. Please note that the name on your ticket must match the name on your photo ID.
Do I have to arrive the day before the conference?
You don't have to but we recommend it. You can register and collect your badge the day before the conference to avoid lines. If you have a booth, you can be there in advance to set everything up.
What can I expect from the speeches and panels?
All panels and speeches will take place on the stage at the conference venue. These events are open to all attendees. You can click these links to find the line-up of our speakers and schedule. This information can also be found on the official AW networking app.
What other networking sessions do you have?
Affiliate World will host an official AW networking event, with details announced closer to the event date. During the day, there are targeted Networking Mixers on both days of AW. All networking events will be held at locations within the conference venue. The events are open to all attendees. It will be available on the official app and on the schedule.
Who will be exhibiting in the marketplace?
There will be over 300+ companies participating in the marketplace. Refer to the Exhibitors page or app for the complete list. The marketplace will take place at the conference venue on both days of the conference. This event is open to all attendees.
