Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for everything we sell. It applies to purchases made on asiaforexmentor.com, asiaforexmentoracademy.com, and through our checkout partners.

1. Online courses and workshops

This covers the One Core Program and the Singapore Bootcamp.

Because you receive immediate and complete access to the digital curriculum the moment payment is made, these purchases are sold as final-sale digital goods and are not subject to a change-of-mind refund.

We will always review and refund where any of the following applies:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• You were charged in error, or by someone using your card without your permission.
• You did not receive access to what you paid for.
• The product materially differs from what was described at the point of sale.
• You purchased by mistake and have not accessed the course content.

Contact us within 14 days of the charge at admin@asiaforexmentor.com. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

2. AFM Golden Eye (recurring subscription)

Golden Eye is a weekly market-commentary publication billed as an annual subscription. It renews automatically each year until you cancel. The price and the renewing nature of the subscription are shown at checkout before payment.

How to cancel: email admin@asiaforexmentor.com, WhatsApp us on +65 8376 9345, or reply to any Golden Eye email with the word “cancel”. No phone call, no retention process, and no reason required.

• Cancelling stops all future billing immediately.
• Your access continues until the end of the term you have already paid for.
• If you are billed after you have cancelled, we refund that charge in full.
• If you cancel within 14 days of a renewal charge and have not used the service in that new term, we refund that renewal in full.

3. Private mentorship (MDTCX)

Private mentorship is sold only after an application and a live consultation call, and is governed by a written agreement signed before any payment is taken. That agreement sets out the deliverables, the schedule, and the cancellation and refund terms for the engagement. A copy is provided to you before you pay. Where the signed agreement and this page differ, the signed agreement applies.

4. What we do not refund

We do not refund on the basis of trading results. We sell education, not trading outcomes. Nothing we sell guarantees a profit, an income, or a return, and losses you incur trading your own account are not grounds for a refund. Please read our Disclaimer and Terms of Use before purchasing.

5. Before you dispute a charge

If you do not recognise a charge, it will appear on your statement as ASIAFOREXMENTOR. Please contact us first — we resolve almost every billing question within two business days, which is faster than a bank dispute.

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore. It does not affect any statutory rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your own country.
