Ezekiel Chew
Ezekiel Chew, Founder of Asia Forex Mentor, is known for executing six-figure trades and developing a proprietary ROI-driven system that has generated millions for himself and his students. Since founding AFM in 2008, he has trained bank traders, including those from the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP), as well as professionals in prop trading firms and fund management companies worldwide.
With his proven track record in both trading performance and financial education, Ezekiel brings a unique perspective on what defines excellence in brokerage services. His deep understanding of market dynamics, coupled with his experience mentoring institutional and retail traders, makes him exceptionally qualified to evaluate and celebrate the best in the industry.
Opal Young
Opal Yang, Founder & CEO of London-based New Direction Solution, has 20+ years in banking, asset management, and brokerage across Asia and the UK. Specializing in Chinese-speaking markets, she guides fintech and broker licensing, serves on the Financial Commission, and bridges East-West finance with global insight and local expertise.
In addition to leading her consultancy, Opal serves on the Financial Commission, where she contributes her expertise to resolving disputes and promoting fair practices in the financial industry. With her proven track record in guiding brokers and fintech firms, as well as her first-hand involvement in regulatory and compliance matters, Opal is uniquely positioned to recognize innovation, integrity, and service excellence—making her an invaluable judge for the Broker Awards.
Ilias Abdullin
Ilias Abdullin is the founder and CEO of Prorok.io, a fast-growing prediction market platform that lets people monetize opinions by trading on future events. With a fintech and compliance background, he has led fundraising rounds, built international partnerships, and driven product growth across Europe. His mission is to create a transparent, user-centric platform redefining online engagement in prediction markets.
Drawing on his expertise in financial technology, regulatory compliance, and building scalable platforms, Ilias brings a forward-looking perspective to the brokerage industry. Vimal Damry is Managing Director of Premier Financial Services and Group MD of the Premier Group, operating across Mauritius, Seychelles, Cyprus, South Africa, and Dubai. With 25+ years in global finance, he advises brokers, dealers, funds, and payment firms on licensing and compliance worldwide, and is a former STEP Mauritius chair and INAA Group director.
With his proven expertise in international brokerage operations, compliance frameworks, and financial governance, Vimal brings a rigorous and global perspective to the judging panel. His ability to assess firms on both operational excellence and regulatory integrity makes him exceptionally well-suited to serve as a judge for the Broker Awards.
